1. General Provisions
1.1. Muttik OU (Pleasant English Huvikool) operates as an educational institution for children and adults.
1.2. Organizes additional education for children and adults in the field of language learning.

1.5. Training is year-round, conducted as trainings, measured in academic hours (1 academic hour = 45 min).
1.6. Location: Tallinn, as well as online (Microsoft Teams).
1.7. Instruction is carried out according to a timetable indicating the course, level, volume, in-class and independent study hours, group size, cost, duration, location, and teacher’s name.
1.8. The website provides information about teachers’ education, work experience, quality standards, level descriptions, and placement tests.
2. Study Programs
2.1. The main document is the study program, which includes:

2.2. Conditions and procedure for ensuring quality:
Programs are developed by experienced teachers, a methodologist, approved by the director
Based on: Adult Education Act, continuing education standard, Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
Programs are updated as necessary and reviewed annually
3. Conditions and Procedure for Enrollment
3.1. Registration:

3.2. A course will open if there are enough registered participants.
3.3. Entry requirements:
3.3.1. A1 course – no test required (for beginners)
3.3.2. A2 course – provide A1 certificate or pass a test
3.3.3. B1 course – provide A2 certificate or pass a test
3.3.4. B2 course – provide B1 certificate or pass a test
3.3.5. C1 course – provide B2 certificate or pass a test
3.3.6. The registration application must be signed by both parties
4. Tuition Fee, Discounts, Refunds, Exemption
4.1. The basis is an agreement with the client:
Payment in full, in two/three parts, or monthly
4.2. Payment by invoice, which is sent to the client
4.3. Exemption from payment – within charitable activities (by Board decision)
4.4. 5% discount if two or more family members participate
4.5. Tuition for language courses can be included in the tax return (20% refund)
4.6. If canceled before the start, a 75% refund is given if notified at least one day in advance
4.7. During the course – 75% of the unused amount is refunded in case of long-term illness (>30 days)
4.8. In exceptional cases – possible exemption from 50–100% of the fee
4.9. The school has the right to cancel or postpone the course if the group is not full (notification by phone/email, 100% refund if declined)
4.10. 100% refund if the group does not open on time or for economic reasons
4.11. Refunds are processed within 10 days of the application
5. Conditions and Procedure for Exclusion
5.1. Each case is considered individually
5.2. Exclusion is possible:
At the request of the participant (in writing or orally)
For absence without notification
For unpaid invoice for a month
5.3. Exclusion is notified by email
6. Completion of Studies
6.1. The final result is a written test assessing speaking, writing, and grammar
6.2. Certificate is issued if the student has participated and passed the test
6.3. Certificate of participation is issued if not all results are achieved (<60% on the test)
7. Other Important Conditions
7.1. Privacy Policy
7.1.1. Upon registration, the following data is collected: name, email, phone, personal ID code
7.1.2. Data processing is in accordance with EU and Estonian law
7.1.3. Providing minors’ data without parental/guardian consent is prohibited
If a minor’s data was provided without parents’ knowledge, notify info@keelekool.ee
