Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://www.keelekool.ee (the “Service”) operated by keelekool.ee (“us,” “we,” or “our”), located at Liikuri tn 50, Harju county, Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service, which includes English language courses and an AI-powered chatbot for inquiries, registration, and support.

Accounts

Use of the AI Chatbot

Our Service includes an AI-powered chatbot to assist with inquiries, course registration, and support. You agree to:

  • Not use the chatbot for malicious purposes, such as sending abusive, offensive, or fraudulent messages.
  • Acknowledge that chatbot responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. We implement human oversight and regular audits to ensure compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

User Obligations

You agree to:
